VISCOSITY REGULATOR

Viscosity regulators are used to automatically monitor ink and glue viscosities according to real-time print production values. Since the regulator accurately detects, circulates, mixes, and monitors ink viscosities according to baseline indications to ensure consistency when printing, laminating, and coating, manual adjustment, and regulation is no longer necessary.

APPLICATION

  • Gravure and flexography packaging printing including polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, and BOPP.
  • Lamination equipment that laminates plastic, paper, and rubber materials or substrates.
  • Coating machinery used to produce bank cards, negative film, polaroid, vehicle vinyl wrapping, and other substrate coatings.
